Mr. LI Ming, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Li joined the Group as a general manager in July 1997 and became Chief Executive Officer in August 2006. Mr. Li also serves as the chairman, legal representative, a director or a general manager of a number of our subsidiaries and project companies. With extensive experience in corporate governance, property development and property investment, Mr. Li is primarily responsible for our Company’s overall operation management and the implementation of development strategies. Mr. Li obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Motor Vehicle Transportation from the Jilin Industrial University in July 1985 and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School in May 1998; he also obtained a senior engineer qualification. Mr. Li is currently a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of the Beijing Municipality, a member of the People’s Congress of the Chaoyang District of the Beijing Municipality, the decision-making and advisory expert of the Real Estate Market Regulation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the vice president of the China Real Estate Association.

Mr. WANG Xiaoguang, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Wang joined the Group in December 2008. With his vast experience in real estate development and investment, Mr. Wang assists in the Company’s overall management and is in charge of development work in new regions. Mr. Wang received a Bachelor’s Degree in Machinery from the Jilin University in July 1986 and Executive Master of Business Administration from the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in June 2005. Mr. Wang is currently a member of the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee of People’s Congress of Dalian Municipality, Vice-Chairman of Dalian General Chamber of Commerce, and Vice-Chairman of Liaoning Province Real Estate Development Association. Mr. Wang has been awarded various nation-wide awards, such as Top Ten EMBA in China and CIHAF Top Ten New Faces in Chinese Real Estate Industry.

Mr. CHEN Runfu, Vice President

Mr. Chen joined the Group in 1995. Mr. Chen also serves as the director or a general manager of a number of our subsidiaries and project companies. With extensive experience in property development and property investment, Mr. Chen is primarily responsible for the Group’s strategy management, risk management, branding and customer relationship management. Mr. Chen obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Harbour and Channel Engineering from the Dalian Institute of Technology (currently the Dalian University of Technology) in July 1986 and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School in September 2005.

Mr. LI Jianbo, Vice President

Mr. Li joined the Group in September 2009. With extensive experience in human resources and operation management in multi-national companies, Mr. Li is primarily responsible for the overall operation management and human resources management of the Group. Mr. Li obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the Tsinghua University in July 1985 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New Jersey in August 2000. For the period from 22 October 2010 to 16 March 2011, Mr. Li is the chairman and an executive director of Gemini Property Investments Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, which is a listed company on the Stock Exchange.

Mr. XU Li, Vice President

Mr. Xu joined the Group in October 1997. He has considerable experience in property development and investment and is involved with the Company’s overall management and responsible for the Company’s business operation in the Beijing region. Mr. Xu obtained a Diploma in Industrial and Residential Construction from the Liaoning Radio and Television University in December 1992.

Ms. ZHOU Tong, Vice President

Ms. Zhou joined the Group in August 2003. She has vast experience in property design, development and investment. Ms. Zhou is involved with the Company’s overall management and responsible for the management of the Group’s branding, properties and customer relations. Ms. Zhou obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Tongji University in July 1986 and Executive Master of Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School in September 2009.

Mr. SUM Pui Ying, Adrian, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Mr. Sum joined the Group in May 2007. Mr. Sum is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. With extensive experience in governing the companies listed on the Stock Exchange, Mr. Sum is mainly responsible for the Company’s financial management, company secretarial affairs, corporate financing and investor relationship. Mr. Sum obtained a Professional Diploma in Accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1988, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales in 1991 and a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Hong Kong in 1996. As at the date of this report, Mr. Sum is the chairman and a non-executive director of Gemini Property Investments Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, which is a listed company on the Stock Exchange.

Mr. CHEN Zuyuan, Vice President

Mr. Chen joined the Group in February 2003. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in property development and planning and design. He is involved in the Company’s overall management and responsible for the Group’s product research, planning and design, and construction management. Mr. Chen obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Civil Construction from the Hunan University in July 1983 and an Executive MBA from the China Europe International Business School in September 2006.
